To be held in the Palace at the fairgrounds in the village of Odessa Ont., accessible from both Hwy. 2 and county road 6, on Saturday December 1 beginning at 10AM.

 

Preview Saturday from 8AM.

 

We have been instructed by the Bank Of Nova Scotia, Private Client Group, acting as agents for the executor in the estate of Ella Cox of Kingston and as co executor in the estate of Grant Armstrong late of Trenton Ont. To sell the partial contents of their respective residences by unreserved public auction

 

Featured in the auction will be an antique oak slant top desk with a glazed bookcase below, an antique walnut marble top occasional table, an electric slag glass table lamp, a mahogany dining room table with a corner cabinet and breakfront, an unusual oak telephone table with fold out seat, quality modern furnishings, to include a love seat, beds and chests of drawers, occasional tables, linens and bedding, household dishes to include cups and saucers, cut crystal, china to include Royal Doulton figurines plus other assorted collectible china and glass, a small quantity of hand tools and a nearly new table saw, a new 6500 watt gas powered Bolton generator used less than one hour, plus many more items too numerous to list.

            There will not be a buyer’s premium on this sale.
