We have been asked by the Bank of Nova Scotia Trust Co., acting as powers of attorney, to sell the residence of Mrs. Margaret Abrams of 1204 Westbrook Rd., Kingston Ont. and the contents by public auction. Featured in the sale are a small quantity of Hummel figurines, a large Beswick horse, a set of Wedgwood dishes in the Ferrera pattern, a newer model Kelvinator  refrigerator, a 24 inch gas stove, glider chair with footstool, 6 piece 1960’s dining room suite, a quantity of china cups and saucers, 1940’s walnut gate leg table, a 1940’s oak slant front desk, a four piece maple bed room suite, a newer model Maytag top loading washer and front loading dryer, table and floor lamps and an assortment of household dishes and small appliances.

 

The real estate which consists of a two bedroom bungalow situated on a 75ft. X 200ft. lot just north of Hwy. #2 at Westbrook (5 miles west of the Cataraqui Town Center).

 

Auctioneer’s note: the real estate will be offered subject to a minimum acceptable bid and will be offered for sale no later than 12 noon on the auction day, the chattels will be sold unreserved beginning at 10AM.
