There will be an open house to view the real
estate on Monday Oct. 29th and Tuesday Oct. 30 from 12 noon until
5PM each day and on sale day, Oct. 31st from 11 AM until the auction
at 1 PM.

the contents sale will be a large quantity of collectibles to include china and glass household
dishes, collectible vintage toys in metal, rubber and hard plastic, a quantity
of vintage teaching aids to include children’s books and craft supplies, yard
goods, etc., a small quantity of modern and antique furniture to include a
French provincial sofa and matching chair, coffee and end tables, table and
floor lamps, a modern grandfather clock with cherry case, a turn of the last
century settee and two matching chairs, a 19th century sampler, a
quantity of Christmas decorations including some vintage examples such a three
foot feather tree, china cups and saucers, a partial set of dishes, three piece
bedroom suite, two vintage lava lamps, a large quantity of hard and soft cover
books, plus many more items too numerous to list.

Terms: For the real estate: 10%
down on sale day and the balance on closing within a period of 30 days.
